Mission Statement

The Teen Expo’s mission is to serve diverse populations of teens and their families by providing a community venue through which they will have an opportunity to explore a variety of tools, products, and services geared toward the overall growth and development of teens as unique and gifted individuals.

Key areas of focus will be health and wellness, social development, personal growth, career development, and family well being. The expo will engage teens and their families in informative, inspirational, and energizing activities and events throughout the day.
 
Through participating in the expo, teens and their families will enjoy a day of learning and entertainment. They will connect with other members of the community and gain access to many of the opportunities available for community service, vocational exploration, and self-discovery.Going into the future, Teen Expo looks forward to being Maryland’s premier event for strengthening and inspiring teens as they navigate through the uncertainties and possibilities of life in the 21st century.
